Purpose: To register your interest in serving on the program committee and to add you to the relevant communication channels (e.g. mailing list, Matrix space) for PC coordination.

Recipients: Data is only accessible to the data controller and is used to 1) communicate with you to coordinate work on the deRSE27 Program Committee, 2) invite you as a reviewer to the post-proceedings issue of ECEASST if you indicated your willingness to review submissions, 3) communicate with you to inform you of mentorship opportunities and pair you with a mentee.
Retention: Data will be kept for the duration of the conference organization cycle and will be deleted by 1 April 2027, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (Art. 15–21 GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
