International Day of Women and Girls in Science Day at MPI FKF - 11 Feb at 2pm

The Athena Group is inviting you to a get together for the International Day of Women and Girls in Science Day on February 11 2026.

We look forward to see you on February 11 at 2pm in the MPI FKF Foyer.

We will explore the topic "Can I say that?" and explore how people react to what can be perceived as sexist or problematic comments or questions in a scientific environment especially in groups or situations where women are the minority and those comments are easily brushed off or labeled a joke.

This event is open to everyone and we encourage scientists as well as staff members of all gender identities to join.
