In this study, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hannover Medical School, headed by Prof. Dr. med. P. Hillemanns, is responsible for data processing. The legal basis for processing is personal consent (Art. 6 (1) (a), Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR). The data will be treated confidentially at all times.
The data is collected exclusively for the purpose of the study described above and will only be used in this context.
The data collected also includes personally identifiable information such as age, stage of disease, stage of therapy, and time since diagnosis. All data is collected anonymously. This means that no one, not even the study leaders, can find out who the data belongs to. The data will be stored at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hannover Medical School.
We will only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the above-mentioned purpose. The data will be deleted no later than 10 years after the study has been discontinued or completed.
We will not transfer your data to other institutions in Germany, the EU, or to a third country outside the EU or to an international organization.
The research data may be used for scientific publications and/or made available to other researchers in scientific databases for an unlimited period of time. The data will be used in a form that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the individual study participants (anonymized).
Consent to the processing of your data is voluntary. You can revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons and without any disadvantages for you. After that, no more data will be collected. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation remains unaffected.
You have the right to obtain information about the data, including in the form of a free copy. In addition, you can request the correction, blocking, restriction of processing or deletion and, if necessary, transfer of the data.
In such cases, please contact:
Dr. med. Jan Lennart Stalp
Carl-Neuberg-Str. 1, 30625 Hannover
Email: stalp.jan@mh-hannover.de
However, once the data has been anonymized, it can no longer be attributed to a specific person. Once anonymization has taken place, it is therefore no longer possible to view, block, or delete the data.
